In this gathering, we get together to sing, chant, dance, and celebrate beautiful STAMBHA community.
STAMBHA-Tunes Team: Ezgi Taslidere, Peter Stalder, Maya Keller
The exact presence of group members may change in a specific week.
We aim to guide you to “be in tune” with yourself by singing and chanting with us. You are free to sit and chant, you are free to lay down, you are also free to dance and move throughout this entire class. It is an entirely free-flow event to support you to tap into your innate freedom and your innate desire to celebrate life.
Sometimes we will turn deeper in, and sing & chant inviting more internalization, sometimes we will celebrate life by turning out, and sing & chant inviting joyful externalization. And sometimes it will be a balance of both.
In all cases, you will be completely free to do what feels right to you. Come to celebrate your being in various forms with utmost freedom.
